Ibanez did a great job with this guitar. For guitars under $300 this is one of the nicer ones with a solid mahogany body in the top, sides and back. Paired with the rosewood bridge and fretboard, it’s just a nice guitar.
The dreadnought body and cutaway give it the quintessential look you would want from a guitar like this and the rustic finish really stands out amongst other acoustic guitars in the same price point.
The sound is rich and warm and the preamp and pickups are nice for the money and the on board tuner, volume control and 2 band eq are great additions for this electric acoustic guitar.
Bottom Line - It's a great guitar for the price. Nice acoustic electric combo.
The tone of this guitar is very nice and translates well through the pickups with the 2 band eq.
The guitar has a great look and build which is especially impressive for the cost
Could pass for a stage guitar even at the low price
I've heard a complaint or two about the effect of the cutaway compared to the solid version on the pure acoustic guitar. It's not really an issue but thought we should have a con listed. lol
